What is your refund policy?

Appraisals for homes that have not been inspected or appraised are eligible for a complete refund.

Appraisals for homes have have been inspected but not yet appraised are eligible for a partial refund up to 50% of the appraisal fee.

Appraisals for homes have been completed are not eligible for a refund.
